A Robust Psychological First Aid System
Managing the occupational hazards associated with psychological trauma requires a watchful and waiting approach. We need to identify those who require clinical intervention without pathologizing those who will go on to recover naturally. The associates of On Duty Psych can assist your department with setting up a program and providing the expertise to help you maintain its effectiveness. In addition to her expertise as a psychologist, Dr. Wheldon is trained to develop programs using the Trauma Risk Management system designed by the United Kingdom's Royal Marines.
